2005 PRS Clipper Lead Board Remover (Click for photo.)
Description:	2 of these machines available, both in great condition! Three head, rotary style blades are powered into the pallet by hydraulics to cut broken lead boards off of pallets. Fast, easy and inexpensive means to "prep" pallets for repair. Perfect for repair lines!
About:	7.5 hp hydraulics, 3 phase 480 volt electrical. Single manual lever design actuates movement of clipper troley. Upon movement from the "home" position a limit switch actuates pop up stops that hold the stringers of the pallet firmly in place as the machine cuts the lead boards nails. This machine is our top cutting design which eliminates the need for a belt conveyor and it also has inset gravity rollers in the table for smooth pallet flow across the deck. Several guards have been removed for the photo. These machines have been inspected and are in perfect working condition.
