The Recycler is by design, the industry's best single head dismantler. It's structural steel frame sets the foundation for a rugged machine that will hold up to years of service. Equipped with quality components such as a 7.5hp industrial hydraulic package that serves up a lightning quick 5.8 second cycle time, the Recycler maximizes production. At the push of a lever the table moves the pallet through a self adjusting cutter head that smoothly clips every nail. And it minimizes labor costs - It's a one man operation! With one operator this machine will easily dismantle over 300 pallets per 8 hour shift. Standard features include 8" cutter blades which provide up to 4" of stringer width. It will accept stringers up to 54" in length. Optional features include: 10" cutter blades (6" width capacity), 60" and 75" stringer length capacities, deckboard removal systems, and our exclusive stringer removal system.

The Recycler 3 Head is our high volume pallet dismantler. With one operator and two machine cycles, the Recycler 3 Head completely dismantles a double-face, three stringer pallet in seconds. High volume pallet recycling by design. The Recycler 3 Head's material handling functions are designed for maximum efficiency.

The deckboards automatically drop unto a belt conveyor, the operator does little more than push a lever to process up to 1,000 pallets per shift.

Prosaw Band Dismantler
A heavy duty bandsaw type pallet dismantler designed with economy in mind. The PROSAW and the PROSAW 15 band dismantlers have all of the features of our more expensive machines but utilize a fixed table design to eliminate cost. These machines have a heavy duty 60” wide x 84” long steel table welded into the frame of the machine which sets the blade 1.25” above the table surface. Both machines are standard as a two operator design and one operator versions are available upon request.

Prosaw Band Dismantler - Model AT and Model AT-15
Well known throughout the industry as the best, high speed, heavy duty bandsaw dismantlers, the PROSAW AT and AT-15 offer both versatility and reliability. An electronically adjustable table positions vertically by simply turning a switch. This system is powered by a heavy duty electromechanical actuator and moves on a 4 post linkage system with weld in bushings – designed and built for a lifetime of dependability.

The adjustable table provides the versatility to dismantle pallets with 2”x 4” decking such as coil steel skids as well as selective board removal on nine block and European type pallets. The PROSAW AT and AT-15 are 2 operator machines.

Prosaw Band Dismantler - Model XP
Designed for extreme performance the PROSAW XP leads the industry in production capacity. The table has a lumber chute that allows recycled decking to drop onto a belt conveyor automatically. This leaves the operators with more time to pass pallets through the blade which means production! The table’s unique design supports the pallet better on the “pull” operator’s side for a smoother operation. And the exclusive PROSAW blade guard allows the pallets to rest on top thus providing the ability to process two pallets at a time for extreme production! The Model XP is a 2 operator machine but with the quick removal of a few bolts the machine can be operated by 1 operator.

Pallet Doctor Station Plater Model SSP
Bolt it to a table and plug in an air line and your plating pallets! It's the Model SSP, and it's our most economical means to plate pallets. A compact, rugged design allows this miniature powerhouse to plate any crack in a notched stringer. Imagine the benefits of providing each repair station with the ability to plate pallets. The Model SSP can eliminate presorting and unnecessary handling of pallets. And with it's air powered hydraulic system, the SSP is perfect for mobile and on-site plating.

Pallet Doctor Station Plater Model TSP
Think of it as the big brother to the Model SSP. The Model TSP offers all of the benefits of our smaller station plater with one major difference, a lightning quick four second cycle time. A two stage pump designed for heavy production requirements powers the TSP. It's energy efficient pump runs on 110 volt single phase which make the Model TSP's set up as complicated as plugging in a toaster.

At up to 2300 boards per hour the OPTIMAX saws can keep up with the highest of production demands. As fast as the operator can place lumber onto the saw, the machine can cut it. The lumber is brought into the saw with precision infeed chains, and cut off waste slides down a scrap chute away from the saw blade. After being cut, the lumber flows onto a discharge deck for stacking or conveying.

For the most demanding production requirements consider the Optimax Model MP. Every feature and function are designed for maximum production capacity. A 10 hp saw motor blasts through end trimming of hardwood up to 3” x 4”. The extended loading deck of the saw provides ample space for material to be conveyed onto the saw and the recessed length stops allow “hand over hand” loading of the feed chains. Stringer-Mate Stringer Splicers
Stringer-Mate stringer splicers were designed to increase the yield of any pallet recyling operation. These splicing machines utilize Fivestar metal connector plates to splice short pieces of stringers that would otherwise be scrap. The spliced product can then be cut to length to produce a strong, reusable stringer.

Model SS100
The Stringer-Mate Model SS100 provides a low cost solution to yield problems. The SS100 splicer comes complete with a 10,000 psi hydraulic package that is operated by compressed air. Start up of this rugged little power house consists of simply plugging in an air line. Operation is as easy as placing a couple of Fivestar Plates on the push blocks, positioning two stringer halves, and stepping on the foot switch. Within seconds the press cycle is complete and the stringer is ready for use!

Model SS200
The Stringer-Mate Model SS200 offers high production splicing for operations with higher volume requirements. A two stage pump produces a 4 second cycle time for a productive, efficient splicing operation.

The hydraulic system requires only 110 volt, single phase electricity to operate.

Steel Repair Table

Lifetime design/build with heavy duty tubular steel, all welded construction. Insulated for sound dampening and preformatted to allow for the addition of PRS station platers. The tables have inset legs, lag style feet and have a slightly crowned top for easy pallet manipulation.
