Stack-O-Matic Tippers

AIC Tippers
High volume pallet sortation or repair processes require high volume dispensing of pallets. When these pallets consist of broken, varied size and type pallets the PRS model AIC tipper provides the solution. The AIC tipper automatically indexes to dispense pallets continuously at rates up to 800 pallets per hour. The machine consists of a stack tipper and accumulator machines that work in conjunction with each other via a programmable logic control. Powerful yet smooth hydraulics actuate the functions of the machine. And like all PRS machinery it is overbuilt to provide years of dependable service.

Stack-O-Matic Miscellaneous Stackers
The PRS Miscellaneous pallet stacker is another innovative equipment solution from PRS that addresses the need to stack pallets of various sizes, types, and conditions into one stack. Often used in a pallet sortation process as the “All other grades” stacker, this machine can handle pallet size variation up to 12” in both dimensions (36”x 36” up to 48”x 48” for instance). The Miscellaneous stacker’s use of long fork tynes also provides for the automatic stacking of broken pallets in need or repair or tear down.

Stack-O-Matic Model H & HP Stackers
The model H pallet stacker features hydraulic operation in a fixed 48”x 40” design. Model H stackers have a unique pallet holder clip that stacks 2 way or 4 way design 48”x 40” pallets and holds them by the sides to provide a perfect fit for pallet sortation and repair lines. These machines offer a smaller footprint than our larger adjustable models yet have all of the features that make PRS stackers popular. Standard features are: 2 hp hydraulics, fully automatic operation, live infeed chains, programmable electronic counters, and heavy duty scissor lifts stacking mechanisms.

The Stack-O-Matic H-Series offers full featured stacking in two solid models. Both the Model H and Model HP feature live infeed, automatic pallet stacking and automatic stack discharge. With a simple adjustment, either can handle pallets ranging from 30" to 60" squares. The Model H utilizes a series of switches to control the logical process of stacking, and the Model HP features a fully programmable controller that stacks, counts and effects to your requirements. The H series' heavy-duty construction and quality hydraulic system provide consistant, reliable performance. Both models are ideal choices for production line operations.
